  5. Per serving:

  7. 1 piece pita bread
  8. 1 tomato slice
  9. 1 oz. mozzeralla and/or feta cheese
  10. 1/2 oz. anchovies
  11. 1 oz. tuna fish
  12. 1 garlic clove
  13. 1/3 chili pepper
  14.  
  15. Open can of anchovies. Drain oil to moisten surface of pita bread.
  16. Slice cheese and spread over surface of pita. Add tuna, anchovies,
  17. pepper, garlic. Top with a slice of tomato. Place in pre-heated
  18. oven at 350 F, and bake until pita is crisp on edges. Serve. (why
  19. do many recipes say "Serve." at the end? Do they think that people 
  20. will get to the end of making some recipe, and sit there wondering 
  21. what to do next?)
